Italian company, established in 1989, manufactures extra virgin olive oil using nocellara del beliceolives. The oil is incomparable for quality, taste and fragrance, a jewel nectar gotten from the cold pressure of olives. The lands of the company\'\'s farm are located in the western part of sicily, at the centre of the valley of belice. This valley continues the old tradition of the production of olives and the extraction of oil, according to natural and ancient principals. It\'\'s only in this valley near the temples of selinunte that for different centuries it has been cultivated a particular variety of olives nocellara del belice, characteristic and dominant olive above all the other extra virgin oils, of which the farm takes care of and give the product an absolute unique colour and flavour. The extra-virgin oils produced by the farm are all not filtered and at very low acidity. The olives of the farm and those of the other producers of the valley, follow growing principals that care about the environment. The riped olives are picked with hands and gathered in wicker baskets and immediately minced.
