[Biological feature]: Bacillus megaterium, gram positive bacteria, belong to bacillus. They’re aerobic, common saprophytic bacteria in oil. They can form spore, the radiation resistance of their spores is 36 times of E. coli. Their shapes are mostly rod, with round ends, line in single or short chains, the diameter are, and can move. The spore is, oval, at center or near end.

 

[Principle]: 1. Bacillus megaterium can generate a lot of organic acid during their growing and reproducing, the organic acid can decompose or dissolve the indissolvable phosphorous substances in soil, and turn them into phosphorus easy absorbed by plants, enhance the using amount of phosphorus.

2. Bacillus megaterium can reproduce rapidly in soil, become advantage bacteria, control the nutrition at root and other resource, so that the pathogenic bacteria will considerably lose their living space and condition; they can make the cell wall of the related organization of plants more thickening, fibering, lignifying, and form cutin double silicon layer, get a barrier against the virus attack.
