The bacterium for fermenting biological organic fertilizer is developed by cooperation of our company and the relative scientific research institute, used to produce high quality zymocyte of organic fertilizer, it is compound microbial preparation fermented by special process.

 

[Main elements]: Bacillaceae, lactobacillus, yeast, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycete, azotobacter, phosphorite-decomposing bacteria, potassium-decomposing bacteria and etc., several kinds of beneficial microorganisms.

 

[Content]: more than or equal to 10 billion per gram.

 

[Using scope]: the fermentation of compound materials and different kinds of material like straw of various crops, domestic rubbish, feces of poultries and livestock, industrial waste of paper making and etc.

 

[Effects and features]:

1. Fewer amounts used: use this product of 1 kilogram for fermenting feces of poultries and livestock of 1000 kilograms, use appropriate more amount for other materials of difficultly fermenting.

2. Powerful function: it can reproduce a lot of functional bacteria during the process of fermenting, to promote the aerobic microorganisms in ferment materials reproduce rapidly, make the temperature of the fermenting things quickly rise up to over 70°C, kill the harmful bacteria, egg parasite and grass seeds high efficiently.

3. This product can promote the organic materials mineralization and humification during the process of fermentation: after the materials has been mineralized, the nutrient changes from invalid state and slow state to valid state and available state; after the materials has been humified, different kinds of special effective metabolites generated: such as saccharifying enzyme, protease, amylase, lipase and etc., they can make many decomposition, to get glucose, amino acid, vitamin group, auxin and etc., the active substances and nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and microelements, which are needed by crops. It can promote the growth and development of crops, enhance the resistance ability to diseases, drought and cold, increase nutrients in medium soil, lift the activity of microorganisms in soil, increase the output of crops, lift the quality, reduce the cost.

4. Ferment rapidly: put the materials like feces of poultries and livestock, sludge, domestic rubbish and etc.into this product, in normal temperature, it can raise the temperature, remove bad smell and water. It can get rid of the bad smell of poultries and livestock basically in 5 to 7 days, reduce the smell of ferment materials during natural composting, improve the environment, and finish ferment and become fertilizer after 10 days or so. It can normally raise temperature and ferment at the temperature of over minus 10°C, and change it into organic fertilizer quickly.

5. The content of organic matter is high: the fertilizer fermented by this product has high content of organic matter, various nutrients; it is non-toxic, non-harmful, non-pollution.

 

[Usage and Dosage]:

for fermenting feces of poultries and livestocks:1. make the liquid out of the solid of the feces of poultries and livestock, or dry the feces until the content of water get to about 50-60 percent (that means this state is the best: hold it to be a ball in hand, disperse when drop down the ground).

2. Add this product of 1 kilogram into the feces of poultries and livestock of 1000 kilograms, stir evenly, make a pile of about one meter high, 2 meters wide and ferment it. Or add water of 10 kilograms, sugar of 100 grams into the product of 1 kilogram, soak for 3 to 6 hours, then add the things like chaff and bran, stir evenly and ferment, the effect will be more obvious.

3. If the environmental temperature is a little low ( generally under 10°C), cover it with plastic film to raise the temperature of the early period quickly.

4. The temperature inside should be control at about 70°C, if the temperature is too high, it will has a influence with nutrient, and percent water should be controlled at 60 to 65. Remember to supply oxygen and turn over the pile during the process of fermentation.

5. Use the product appropriate more if ferment other materials.
