This is one of our creations for a customer.

This is use as an example to show what we can develop or create for own company.

 

 

Grapes varieties : 84% Merlot,16% cabernet sauvignon

Average age of the vines : 19 years

Soil and subsoil : Clayey, sandy

Viticulture : sustainable agriculture methods are used; maintaining healthy soil, grassing between the vine rows etc.

Winemaking : Plot by plot vineyard and winemaking management. Fermentation in temperature controlled concrete vats.

Tasting notes : dark red colour, expressive nose with ripe fruit, round, fleshy and elegant mouth with velvety tannins , quite long aftertaste

Aging : between two to five years
