Precautions:
(1) Choose a special thinner correctly
(2) Always close the barrelhead tightly after taking thinner from the barrel
(3) During the spray application, operators must wear qualified respirators while the working site should be well ventilated. Especially ,asthma patients must never be exposed to this environment.
(4) Being dried, this thinner would produce harmful gases like methanol. When operators enter the baking chamber after the baking. the room must be ventilated and the operators must wear suitable respirators immediately.
(5) After the thinner is added into the paint, stir the paint fully and evenly to avoid colour difference caused by pigment deposition.
(6) Best if the diluted paint is filtered by 200-mesh copper sieve before use.
