Pre-dispersed Calcium carbonate , CaCO3 - 50 , White Granule ,  Used In Rubber Products​.

Recommendations and Applications:

It is generally used in EVA and rubber products, with very high filling amount , 

as high as 140 PHR or more. It can be used along with other reinforcing agent 

such as carbon black , silica , clay , etc. 

It is easy to be dispersed , without vulcanization delay , 

and improve tensile strength , tear strength and abrasion resistance of the vulcanizates.

Composition:

 CaCO3, 50% elastomeric binder and processing aids. 

The elastomeric binder is EVA, or others according to customers’ requirements.

Dosage:

General dosage is 40~60 PHR, the highest is 150 PHR,
