Recommendations and Applications:

Masterbatch CaO-80 is pre-dispersed in rubber binder, with no dust pollution , 

is good for workers health and environment. 

Masterbatch does’t stick to each other in normal temperature , is uniformly dispersed 

in rubber compound , with no weight loss.

Masterbatch has good compatibility with rubber , significantly increase mixing efficiency, 

reduce energy consumption.

Composition:

Pre-dispersed 80% calcium oxide in a 15% elastomeric binder and 5.0%surfactant.

Elastomeric binder can be SBR, EPDM or EVA, or others according to customer’s requirements.
