The 6-hour quick-drying mineral powder adhesive independently developed by Henan Jinhang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is specifically designed for the resource utilization of solid waste in the metallurgical industry. It can efficiently solve the cold pressing and forming problems of materials such as mill scale, iron powder refining slag, steel slag powder, and ferrosilicon-manganese powder. This product adopts a polymer formula, combining the characteristics of rapid curing and high strength. It can form a stable structure within 6 hours at room temperature, with a compressive strength exceeding 1000N. After 24-48 hours, the strength can reach more than 80 kilograms,

significantly improving production efficiency. The core advantages of the product are reflected in three aspects: Firstly, it has excellent bonding performance. With only 3-5% of the adhesive added, the initial balling rate of high-iron materials (TFE > 65%) can exceed 98%. The formed pellets have a smooth and uniform surface without cracks.
