MZQ-5 Seedcotton Cleaner

 

Goldenlion series MZQ-5 Seedcotton cleaner is the latest heavy-duty and high-capacity seedcotton cleaner put into the market by our company. It is mainly used for removing the trash and dead cotton from the seedcotton and improving the quality of seedcotton.
MZQ-5 Seedcotton cleaner is used for processing medium and long staple hand-picked seedcotton, which should not contain big and hard trash and the moisture content should be less than 10%.

Main Feature

1. Have functions of first removing dead cotton and then trash, to ensure the grade of the cleaned seedcotton. The built-in bypass system is used to either open or close the dead cotton cleaning function, the dead cotton removing volume can be adjusted continuously to ensure a good quality of cleaned seedcotton and reduce seedcotton losses.
2. Many inter-lock protecting devices are used to ensure a safe running.
